Since September 2005, recycled nature has been slowly and successfully establishing its place in the Boulder community.  When the doors of Bloemenhaus on Pearl Street closed, the door for  recycled nature opened.  We maintain weekly corporate accounts in the downtown area, as well as other locations around Boulder. We are happily providing complete floral services throughout Boulder and the surrounding area.

Our name, recycled nature, reflects our awareness for our environment and the need to make use of what is already in circulation. In terms of vases and containers, ours are often one-of-a-kind items from thrift stores; purchases that help support Boulder County Hospice, the local Humane Society, and many other charitable organizations.   Our organic waste is composted, creating healthy fertilizer and soil for future use towards an organic line of flowers. We use no plastic cardholders which cannot biodegrade, but instead, use branches or raffia ties for holding our enclosure cards.   We look forward to also creating our own papers for individualized cards in the near future.

Owner/designer, Luann Welborn, has been in the Boulder area since 1982, and was formerly manager of Flowers With Flair, in Louisville  Her start in the floral industry began in 1989, influenced by previous years of work on the Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena, California.
